Seems this young star is in a hurry to leave our galaxy.
It's racing away at a rate so fast that astronomers are wondering from where it originated. At it's current speed and young age, it has traveled too far and too fast originated from the Milky Way.
Researchers have posited it came from our neighbor (in interstellar terms) galaxy, the Large Magellanic Cloud, kicked out by a massive black hole.
