Snow in Seattle

Amazing how snow in Seattle always makes the news.

Of course, that was yesterday.

Our first snow was on Sunday; our second all afternoon Monday, stretching into the evening.

Traffic stops, school schedules delay (or close entirely), people stay home.

Here, wet snow and rain gives way to ice as the temperatures drop.

Tonight, the streets are pretty, pretty, shiny, shiny mirrors, reflecting the cloudy (yet, moonlit) sky.

Tomorrow morning everything will be wet again, if the sun manages to break through the clouds; otherwise, it's anyones' guess (the weather guy says it'll be 31 degrees at noon tomorrow).

Hey.  Want to hear something even more fun?  MSNBC: "Cold Weather Brings Snow To Central Florida".

Aren't they supposed to wait for the oranges to be picked from the trees before the juice is frozen?

I made it through the snow to NEO.
Was quite pleased with myself
Though coming from Aus less that a fortnight ago remembering how to drve on ice (I did grow up in the UK) was a very quick (though luckily not crash) course
See you when it thaws!

I’ve been off-air for a little while. Not because I didn’t have anything interesting to say,
