    Privacy in Search

    The Feds are trying to get search records from Google searches (see “Feds interested in Google Pornography”).  While my initial response was a bit glib, there are a significant number of privacy issues at risk with this case.

    Capturing keywords, search results and click-throughs can reveal a great deal of implied personal data relating to what we search for and what we click from search results.
