Windows Live (http://www.live.com/) allows you to customize your web experience. I've tagged this as 'information snacking' (not a Microsoft term). Using the site, you can customize the content you want to see, and nibble away at it on a variety of devices, anytime, anywhere.
The big a-ha for me was the ability to import RSS feeds via OPML into my content on Live. While I truly enjoy my RSS Reader, FeedDemon, there are times my laptop has been pried from my hands, and looking up my regular feeds would be problematic. Live allows you to add your feeds via an OPML file.
- Save your feeds as OPML from your RSS Reader application.
- Click the Add Content link
- Click the Advanced button.
- Browse to your OPML file and click 'Import'.
When complete, your feeds will appear beneath your My Web link for your use.
