Open letter to Mr. Soloway and his cohorts at nim@cyberservices.com, et al:
"I am curious about something regarding these broadcasted e-mails that I see regularly. My curiosity is at a technical level. Do you actually have any control over the specific e-mail addresses to which your messages are sent? That is, can you include or, harder perhaps, exclude an individual e-mail address, or a specific list or group of e-mail addresses, from your broadcasts?

"From a technical standpoint I think the ability to blindly launch e-mails throughout the "internet" is mere child's play. The real measure of a person's ability is to have a high-level control over those e-mails. The difference, as I see it, is akin to the difference between the 1960's era "carpet bombing" in Vietnam and today's "smart bomb" technology that can put a nuclear warhead in the back pocket of an individual person at will.

"It takes very little for a person to walk into a subway car and blow himself up trying to take as many with him as possible with no regard for the individuals targeted. That's just simple, cowardly terrorism. But if that person can do the same thing while making sure everyone under the age of twelve is unharmed, then it becomes valid warfare. Warfare can be noble but terrorism can never be noble!

"I have my doubts that anyone will actually read this e-mail. In the event that someone does, could you please do me the courtesy of responding? I am genuinely interested in the answers to my questions."

I recieved my last spam from him (appearing to come from one of my domains) on Nov 17. I have complained loudly to US postal service, FBI and mastercard, none have done anything I am aware of to shut him down (put him in jail with no internet connection).

Per his loss in court in OKA, spams sent after
Sept 22 2005 hold him in contempt of court againist their permanent injunction order. I will not be happy until I hear confirmation that he is in jail.

I remember the feds could not convict mob boss Jimmy Hoffa for murder, but they put him in jail on tax evasion - looks to me soloway not able to pay over $20 million in judgements againist him and can be jailed for that alone.

We sure want to see him jailed in USA before he flees to a spam-friendly country (like Nigeria) - anybody know his current whereabouts? Be great for someone to post a photo also.

FBI, do NOT let this guy escape US justice.

I tracked the turds work to a Linux box @ http://210.179.190.250

I nmaped it and found out it recieves email

I downloaded a program called Automailer Freeware 1.4.6 and then set it up to email his box once per second with an attachment of 990 empty files.

It will probably crash his Mysql in a while, and kill the installation of Linux.
