News.com: Industries digest Grokster ruling.  It could be that I simply don't understand all sides of the story, but I'm a bit surprised that some of the companies where shocked by the ruling.

BBCNews: Bard's Home Goes Wireless.  Seems that Stratford-upon-Avon has been caught up in the digital revolution. 

In a related story across the pond, I just discovered that Speakeasy has most of downtown Seattle covered in wireless.  Time to get a coffee, put my feet up and blog in the shadow of the Space NeedleSpeakeasy's coverage map of the downtown Seattle Area.

Citing copyright and privacy concerns, the Association of American Publishers has asked Google for a six-month delay in digitizing several university libraries.

Microsoft-Watch.com: Microsoft to Blanket Latin America with Stripped-Down Windows.  The first is the XP Starter Edition in Spanish, available to Mexico and Argentina.
