MS released the ODBA (Orchestration Designer for Business Analysts) on 4/1/04. Works with Visio 2002 (which is the version VS.NET for Enterprise Architects uses) or Office Visio 2003. Allows plain-English development of business processes (called 'orchestrations' in BT2004; they were called 'schedules' in BT2002), and when exported as an .ODX file, can be imported to VS.NET to create an object model. Pretty spiffy.
You can also attach the BT2004 rules engine to generate rules for the decision blocks; I haven't done this yet, but it looks pretty easy.
